Working with Revi and her team at Monaco Interiors has been an absolute dream. We are so blessed to have come across her company. We worked with her two years prior on a office-renovation for our commercial property in aurora, ontario and the level of precision, detail, creativity and customer service that went into that property was so outstanding that my husband and I knew that our paths would cross again. We hired Monaco Interiors again to work with us designing our family home in East Gwillimbury. She helped us design each room carefully and thoughtfully. From large statement marble fireplaces, to moody gothic butterfly bathrooms, to a gold and pink dream master bathroom...we have it all and we did it all. We recommend Monaco Interiors to everyone looking for amazing creativity, customer service and craftmanship. They are also very transparent regarding timelines and costs and we have no complaints whatsoever. 10/10. We have now hired Monaco Interiors to design our commercial office basement to build more offices for our growing staff and also to design our backyard for summer 2024 with a pool and pool house.

My husband and I hired Revi for our move into Don Mills Retirement Residence this Fall. We are delighted with the results of the way she was able to blend in some old with some new. She and Meghan listened to us and kept within our budget. She worked from the colours in our Persian carpet with the classic grey of the residences’ suites. From the first on-site visit, the depth and attention to detail in the early stages of the design process was impressive and set the project up for success. Revi and her team allowed for us to be included in every inch of the design. They offered creative solutions and provided essential recommendations to maintain a consistent vision. Monaco’s construction team lead by Steven excelled at coordinating across all of their subcontractors and they kept everything in line and on time – the team is always responsive and we felt like every decision made had our best interests in mind. The process and end result exceeded all expectations.

Revi, Steven, Russ, Lauren, Ram and their top caliber trades team ensure we enjoy our home. Recently, we had 2 full bathroom renovations completed on time, within budget, with highest workmanship and project management. Revi also helped me choose my kitchen window and door blinds/covering. Monaco Interiors, the integrated design/build firm, completely renovated my condominium kitchen and laundry room. I am deeply appreciative of the process and delighted with the outcome. Revi Mula met with me several times to understand my needs and preferences, which I acknowledge were exacting, before applying her hallmark flair to a concept that surpassed my expectations. Her design package included fully illustrated drawings, photographs of all fixtures and finishings, a detailed time frame and a budget that accounted for every detail of the project. I am happy to say that that both the schedule and costing proved to be exact, with no deviations other than a couple of changes made at my behest. Master builder Steven Mula executed the plans, engaging his own team of knowledgeable and well-trained workers and drawing upon a carefully cultivated network of skilled trades. He visited the site regularly and provided an update on progress and next steps at the end of each week. No detail was too minor for his attention and both he and his team were unfailingly helpful and courteous. They did everything possible to mitigate the discomfort of the renovation: I am forever indebted to them for reinstalling my laundry machines each time they had to be moved to accommodate the work. We found toward the end of the project that the lighting in the kitchen did not meet our needs. Revi worked tirelessly to identify a solution, proving that for Monaco a project is not complete until the client is fully satisfied. Such excellence places Monaco is in considerable demand; consider yourself fortunate, indeed, if you become a client.

We did a full kitchen reno in 2021 and are thrilled with the results. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine it would look this beautiful. We get so many compliments! Revi and her amazing team did such a fantastic job - in the middle of a pandemic. Steven, Andrei and all the team were a pleasure to have in the house. They were polite, respectful and immaculate.

We engaged Revi's team to support a major renovation to our basement, including adding a spa bathroom, kitchenette/bar, theatre room as well as office/bedroom via a convertible murphy bed/desk. We also had a very tight time constraint (looking to have it finished within 3 months). Now, through no fault of their own (supply chain issues...thanks, pandemic), it ended up taking about twice that long. HOWEVER! It was absolutely fabulous upon completion, and we were very much thrilled with the end results :). Revi took all of our (many) ideas, and produced a cohesive, thoughtful and beautiful design, while keeping it very functional. Revi also gently redirected us to other options, when what we were hoping for was not feasible (alas, no barn doors). The renovation team (led by her husband, Steve) did an excellent job of realizing that vision, following up with us throughout. Steve always took the time to talk through with us our questions and issues, to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Revi's team also dealt with an unexpected architectural issue EXTREMELY quickly and cost effectively, bringing in a structural engineer when an issue with a support pillar was discovered (the whole thing was resolved within a week from identification). Also, though her team was fully allocated over the summer, they were still willing to take on the job and were very attentive throughout, which we very much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend Monaco Interiors to anyone looking to do a home renovation. Thank you, Revi (and Steve) for yet another excellent job!! We interviewed several renovators before choosing Monaco Interiors to renovate, redesign and modernize our kitchen and front powder room. Although we had no previous experience dealing with home renovations, we decided to take a chance with Revi and her team at Monaco Interiors and this proved to be the right choice for us. Revi prepared several designs for our consideration and made many helpful suggestions about how to best utilize our available space within our budget. We were able to work out a mutually acceptable payment plan. We love our new kitchen and have received many compliments from relatives and friends. Revi was able to incorporate some our ideas with her own and she did not hesitate to send members of her team back for minor touchups when required. My ensuite bathroom shower had a significant leak, which was probably there for years, but had only recently started dripping onto the ceiling below. We decided to take this opportunity to renovate the entire bathroom as the look and feel of it was extremely dated. After speaking with a number of design companies and contractors, I came across Monaco on social media and gave them a call as well. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism, reno ideas, and how much Revi and the team cared about this project. And they really did care about us - and meeting our timelines - as they understood the urgency of getting our bathroom back! Revi and the entire team treated us very well and worked with us on meeting our budget, while presenting a finished product that was absolutely amazing. Everyone who came into the house did fantastic work and we really couldn't be happier. All of the components fit perfectly together. From The moment we met Revi, we knew we had struck gold. Revi came to meet with us and instantly understood what we wanted and how to make our house feel like "home" . Revi and her team were truly professional and geniuses in there trades. Not once did they come to us with a problem... only solutions! I cant wait to work with this team again in the future. Monaco Interiors did the following: Relocated Kitchen and renovated , redid 2 bathrooms,, knocked down walls to create an open concept main floor. As well redesigned main floor family room and dining area, and laundry room!.

To say Monaco Interiors is only a design shop is to severely understate the expertise and help Revi and her team provide. We wanted to fully renovate our kitchen, change our floors and roof, redo our stairs, and update lights and furniture around the house. As first time homeowners, you can imagine we had no clue what to do and where to begin, and the stress/helplessness this caused. Enter Monaco Interiors. We brought our renovation project to Revi and told her we needed help with everything but were constrained by a budget. While this information might have been used by others to take advantage of us, Revi received it with utmost care. She worked with us constantly and around the clock to come up with different designs for our kitchen and stairs, and different options for the lights and furniture to fill the rest of the house. Never once did we feel that Revi was pushing her own agenda, and always felt our voice was the most important in the room. That may sound simple, but the ability to strongly share your expertise while not making it about you is a tricky balance, which Revi achieved perfectly. But Monaco Interiors is not just a design shop that creates things in ivory towers and leaves you to figure it out. In the initial site visit, Revi made sure to bring her whole team with her and publicly tell them in front of us to treat us with much care and attention. Having them there Day 1 showed the complete breadth of Monaco interior's services, and made us feel reassured that we were in good hands with our first renovation project. Steven led a team that focused on the renovations, while Andrei was their expert cabinet builder (an essential for a good kitchen). Steven made us feel at ease very early on by showing us some of the key things that needed to be addressed, presenting options on things we could do, and making sure we understood the trade-offs of acting or not acting on things. Like Revi, he shared his breadth and depth of experience and without pushing a certain solution that would have led to unnecessary work. Andrei also made us feel at ease early on, sharing little tidbits of past work he'd done, and of course his custom kitchen cabinets turned out beautifully. Revi told us that they pride themselves in being able to take care of everything for their clients, and being nice people in the process. We can back this statement a million times over. Never once did we feel Monaco Interiors was inflating work or prices to take advantage of the vulnerability we felt as first time homeowners and first time renovators in the middle of a pandemic. The service they provided us showed their knowledgeable, responsiveness, quality, and care throughout. They worked hard within our budget, suggested cost effective solutions, and were on schedule (a feat given the tight trades markets in this pandemic). The result was a renovation that was less stressful and captured “us”, giving our house a new warmth and energy. Highly recommend!
