Our deck looks great, and a month or so after the project was completed, we call with a small issue, and the company president, Perry Henderson didn't hesitate to come back out and fix. Recommended on Nextdoor, we reached out to Perry and Anchor Property Services to assist us with a complicated project involving correcting unpermitted work done on our home and bringing it up to code while working closely with the County's code compliance team. The quote provided was extremely reasonable compared to others we had received, and from the start we were confident in Perry's ability to manage and resolve our complex situation that included structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. If any issues arose during the process, Perry and his team were responsive and accommodating, and our project was completed in a timely manner while staying on budget. We were impressed, and have since hired Anchor for another project on our home and recommended them to family and friends. They are truly fantastic.

Perry Henderson and his crew did a major renovation of our kitchen/dining area. Sometimes things took longer than expected, but that was because his crew and project manager were very meticulous. No half-assed work from this company! Everything was completed perfectly and according to our wishes, and if things didn’t turn out perfect, Anchor Property services would fix the problem immediately. This is the only company I want to hire in the future. Planning on having them back for some exterior work.

I hired Perry Henderson and Anchor Landscape to waterproof a segment of my foundation and to regrade the area to improve water runoff. In addition I hired Perry and his team to fix or repair a number of other issues uncovered during the process of selling my home. This included some masonry work as well as a number of carpentry repairs. Everything was handled very professionally and we were very satisfied with all the work. I would certainly call on Perry again if I needed additional work completed.
