Multimo Beds

Alex,the owner of Multimo Bed Since I received Compact Twin XL Sofa bed and Cabinets Wall System paid for high gloss and received yellow panel in cabinet and trundle panel . I took a picture without light per your request and you agreed you made a mistake and ask the factory After 1 week later you wanted me to pay shipping fees and didn't want to return me a difference in between semi gloss and high gloss charges ? First, I ordered white high gloss / brown color but in person brown table and shelf looks so cheap and ugly to me So, I asked you to exchange to white ,agreed to pay shipping fees because I ordered wrong which I made a mistake. But I recently bought from another company , high gloss shelf and desk is clearly white and shiny in same light bulb( Buld is day light ,not warm light )and without light in my office except Multimo Bed If you and your company sent me the yellow and you admit that you made a mistake , you will have to replace right product with your own cost !! Alex, I have a question as follow: How can you sent me high gloss Panel furniture and suddenly said the factory doesn’t make high gloss anymore? WHY should I have to pay shipping fee and cannot get any difference in between semi-gloss and high gloss with YOUR COMPANY MISTAKE, not my mistake?

These guys are Awesome. The bed quality is outstanding . Everything was delivered and assembled in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
