Eric J. Rystadt, President and owner of Main Street Development, is a fourth generation home builder who has developed and built hundreds of custom homes for his clients throughout the Portland Metro Area. Eric, who was born in Portland, began building homes in 1987 and formed Main Street Development in 1996. Eric has displayed homes in numerous shows, including the annual “Street of Dreams” home show and the NW Natural Gas “Show of Homes”. He has received several awards for “Design Excellence” and has earned the designation of “Certified Master Home Builder” by the Home Builders Association. Eric’s creative vision is driven by his appreciation of architecture and all aspects of aesthetic design ,cutting edge innovation, lifestyle trends and the highest quality of craftsmanship. We at Main Street Development have a passion for designing and building fine, custom homes. We operate on the basic premise of : “Dream, Design, Build.”
