It’s really hard to find good contractors you can trust, but we found them with EA Renovations. Nino and Mark are fantastic to work with. They deliver what they promise, on time and on budget with a great team of tradespeople. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. It was truly a stress-free renovation and we are so pleased with the results!

It is my absolute pleasure to give EA Renovations a five star rating! From our first meeting, I knew that Nino and Mark were the right people. What started off as a small renovation quickly grew into a full home renovation because I trusted their abilities. A renovation can be a very stressful ordeal but these boys made it as smooth as possible. They were on site daily and consistently let me know what was happening. With a large renovation, there are a lot of moving parts and some times unexpected challenges arise; these two handled each situation with care and professionalism. In fact, “no problem” is one of Nino’s favourite sayings. Not only are these two talented but they’re also very likeable, a true pleasure to work with; more specifically, in addition to contractor, they also wear the hat of designer, counsellor and occasionally even comedian! Finally, I’m very particular about my home and had a very specific vision. EA surpassed my expectations. Their expertise and passion together with an eye for design made my vision a reality. And, the finished product … stunning, thanks to EA!

Some years ago I had these guys come and renovate our 80's style home to bring it up to date. They were honest and very reasonably priced. Needless to say they did an amazing job! Recently our kitchen sink dropped (Not installed by them) I reached out to them looking for information on who to call to have this fixed and it was a weekend so I was desperate, Mark came by assessed the situation, secured the sink and replaced the faucet. I could not be more grateful for the service on short notice. I will always go with EA Renovations for any and every future renovation!

From day 1, I knew I was in good hands as Nino and Mark were very knowledgeable and provided great suggestions for my suite renovation. They both always made themselves available to answer questions and visited my home frequently to check on the work of their sub-trades (all of which did excellent work). These guys have an amazing eye for the little details and not will cut corners on quality. Their top guy, Keith was always a pleasure to have around the house. He was clean, respectful, and very patient with all my questions and concerns. His work is also impeccable, truly what you expect from a professional tradesman. He would always clean up and tidy up the work area before finishing up for the day. I really appreciated that from a home owner’s point of view. One thing that I learned from doing home renovations is that it can be quite stressful and you really need to have full confidence and trust in your general contractor. Anytime you are cutting up walls, you will never know what may happen. When there were little unexpected issues, I never worried because Nino assured me it would be taken care of and he was true to his word. It was an absolute pleasure working with Nino and Mark and I have no doubt that I will be using them again in the future. I know I made the right choice in EA and can’t wait to show off what they have done for me to my family and friends.

Wow, where to start! My husband and I had been talking about renovating our forever home shortly after we bought it. We had a vision of what we wanted and needed to find a company that we could rely on to bring our idea to life. Nino and his team at EA Renovations EXCEEDED our expectations. They were professional, they kept us on budget, had amazing design ideas, their work was METICULOUS, they kept a clean job site and completed our entire home renovation on a tight and quick timeline. This job was no easy task as we painted our entire 2400 square foot home, did all of the flooring throughout with laminate and carpet, brand new fireplace design (that Nino helped bring to fruition), Kitchen and powder room. We hired Mark and his team to conduct a very large restoration of our 1912 house. I couldn't be more happy with our decision to work with EA. It was a very complex project but Mark made it so easy. All the work was of the highest standard and EA was quick to fix the typical minor issues that always come up in a project like this. Our law firm used EA Renovations Ltd to do an upgrade to our offices in Vancouver. From the start of the project to completion, Mark and his team provided outstanding service and high-quality workmanship. Our offices are located in a heritage-listed building and there were a few surprises during the renovations. Mark provided regular updates and addressed any issues quickly. Our offices remained open during the renovations and the EA Renovations team cleaned up every night when they were on-site so that our staff & lawyers did not come to work to see a mess to their workspace or offices. Nino and his crew literally rescued our home from disaster! We were wary from firing our first contractor when I brought them in to look at the state the previous contractor left it in. Nino brought us to one of his projects and the finish was amazing! I called EA's references and they were extremely happy with their work. From there, Nino completely took care of us. Any questions, any issues - he and his crew were there! Any variances were communicated clearly and prompyly. The work site was always clean. All the trades were really professional and respected the home. They love their work and it shows in our home. Thank you so much, guys!!!

We contracted EA Renovations to do a complete condo renovation. They started with scraping the ceilings and retexturing them, new flooring, new kitchen with wonderful cabinets and quartz countertops, beautifully tiled bathrooms, new doors with new hardware, amazing feature walls in the dining room and around the new electric fireplace. We have new closet organizers, high baseboards throughout and great light fixtures. We left the design to Nino and we were not disappointed, the design is amazing. We would highly recommend EA Renovations to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price that is delivered on time. Thank you Nino, Mark and your crew!

We hired EA Renovations to do a full (mostly aesthetic) reno of our newly bought, but old, house. We got them to redo the kitchen (countertops, backsplash, tiles), living room (flooring, windows, fireplace w/ custom stone work and mantle), downstairs rec room (windows, cover up the fireplace, redo electrical) as well as put in new windows, put in a stair railing and upgrade our electrical to meet current standards. Not only was Mark, our contractor, knowledgeable and experienced, but he also kept us very much up to date with the status of the reno. He was very friendly, as was everyone who worked on our project, and the quality of work is superb. We will definitely hire them again for future projects (bathroom, patio, doors, etc.).

We had Mark and Nino redo our suite and are more than satisfied with the results. They listen to what you would like to do and make great suggestions as to the best way to accomplish the end results that meet your expectations. The attention to detail is above and beyond the norm, as we had our exterior painter comment on the quality of the workmanship. They stand behind their work and materials, as we had a small problem with a thermostat that was fixed very quickly.
