Building Performance Institute Envelope Professional Building Performance Institute Building Analyst Professional Building Performance Institute Multi-Family Building Analyst This company installs Okna Windows, Weathershield Windows, Marvin, Pella, Anderson, Kolbe and Tilt and Turn products. Level 5 has performed rigorous testing on the windows that they have installed, including dismantling the entirety of an Okna Window to test the product's claims of a high-performance vinyl window. Okna vinyl windows are entirely vinyl and are meant to withstand high-stress weather conditions, such as those found throughout Illinois, including extremely cold winters and hot summers. The company also installs Weathershield windows and doors, including the Aspire series (vinyl clad wood windows and doors), Signature series (aluminum clad windows and doors), and the Premium series (aluminum clad windows and doors). Level 5 Exteriors installed 18 OKNA double hung windows at my home. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They do not try and oversell a product and make sure you are receiving exactly what you need. The workers in the field are very helpful and efficient. Product looks great. Would definitely recommend this company and product to others.

I found this company to exceed both my expectations on quality workmanship and value for money. I had been given several conflicting opinions and prices from the Big name window installers, and was left with a bad taste in my mouth due to the pushy sales reps. Doug from L5E was informative, courteous and worked with me on every level from pricing, working around my schedule. I was supplied top class work, quick and efficient from start to finish. I have told both family and friends to look no further for windows. Level 5 Exterior will have my business from now on. Kudos to all involved.

Level 5 Exteriors helped us choose and replace an old, leaky, woefully inefficient sliding glass patio door. Improved efficiency and quality installation with attention to a well sealed and weatherproof replacement door was our priority. Doug did a great job of giving us options to achieve our objectives at a fair price. We love the results and the improved comfort level in the room adjacent to the door. We will use Level 5 when the time comes to replace the windows in our home and recommend them to anyone looking for a well qualified and attentive contractor. Thanks again Doug and Level 5!

We hired Level 5 Exteriors to replace a window within our kitchen as well as replace two windows in the same area with a sliding glass door. I had the pleasure of working with Doug, who provided us with a few options with a side by side comparison. . He walked us through all the options, the process of the project and was extremely thorough. I look forward to working with Level 5 Exteriors again when we are prepared to go tackle our next project.

Doug was very professional. He was on time for all scheduled appointments. I was looking for high energy efficient windows for a good price and Doug delivered. He is very knowledgeable about what product was right for my project. I had been looking at several different windows and he helped decide what would be the correct windows for my project, not the most expensive one. Ordering and invoicing was a breeze, all online. He kept me informed as to the lead times after ordering the windows. The windows came on time and were the correct size. The installation did have some unexpected challenges, some rotting sheathing. Doug with his experience easily took care of the problem and the project continued without anymore problems. The windows look great and are very happy with the product we chose. High efficient windows with a high level of detail installation is what I was looking for and Doug delivered.

I hired Doug to do work on my home twice. He first came to replace all the windows, except for two that I wasn't sure I wanted to do with yet. And then he came back to replace the remaining two windows. I thought he did a terrific job! Level 5 Exteriors were recommended to me by two guys who I respect, so I trusted he was good. I was very impressed with how Doug showed me all the options and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted done. The price of the work was very fair, quality was great, and Doug had amazing follow up. There were no surprises and they never had to come back to fix any mistakes. I have recommended Level 5 Exteriors to my next door neighbors and they ended up doing their whole house.
