Contacted IMAC Design/Stone Fabrication because of the great reviews. Spoke with Cristina regarding drilling a hole in my quartz countertop for a soap dispenser. I only wanted the best. I was able to be seen the same day, within hours. Work was completed and I am beyond happy. Cristina/team exceeded my expectations. The 2 individuals who came over was very patience and ensured I was completely satisfied before drilling. I highly recommend and will use for future projects. Thank you IMAC Design/Stone Fabrication!!!!

Christina worked with me across country, helping me to source stone for my kitchen renovation. She provided friendly, professional hands-on client service, with such timely response that I felt I was her only (choosy) client! This company is run by a dynamic sister-brother partnership. Charles and Christina are hands-down, a pleasure to work with. Their delivery is top quality, from start to finish. Would work with them again, and I recommend without hesitation.

I had them install granite countertops They were extremely professional and Charles stays right on top of the job which is unusual for the owner. He takes pride in his company and wants to be involved. I had 4 other estimates before him and felt like the other companies would not care about me as a individual customer and they all had subcontractors Charles kept me informed of my project and was on time as stated. The installers were employees and NOT sub contractors which is very important He is fully licensed and insured which is also very important The job was on time and very professionally done I would recommend them 100 percent The price was also very good compared to others

Update: after my initial review, Charles, the owner contacted me and informed me that Pablo would be by to resolve the tile issue, and he did. He also apologized for not resolving after I first called, but the holidays were very busy, It’s ashamed that one has to write an honest review to get an issue resolved. But Charles does provide great customer service so I have adjusted my review accordingly.

Charles is fantastic! Very responsive and accomplishes projects on time and budget which is super important for us as a contractor who needs to rely on subcontractors. And with Charles we don't have to really oversee the jobs a lot because he does an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience. When I met Charles it just so happened he had the perfect granite that I was looking for at a great price. My project was a granite countertop around a whiskey barrel in my man cave. Very difficult cut to make around the bands of a whiskey barrel that are on an angle, but it came out so beautiful. The installers were very well-spoken polite guys that did a super great job. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Charles and his company to anyone I know. John.p

I have to give the highest recommendation to IMAC Design and Stone Fabrication in Pompano. We had a huge project, and they produced countertops beyond our wildest dreams. We shopped around at MANY places, but when we met Charles, we knew he and his shop were the right fit. Talk about personalized attention, it was amazing. We did a entire kitchen, pantry, built in buffet, 6 bathrooms and my master closet island. His fabrication is impeccable, the installers were phenomenal, clean, courteous and on time. His turn around time from templating to Installation was just a few days for each leg of the project. He would come out the next day when we were ready to have another area measured. Everything he does turns into a show stopper!

My wife and I were introduced to Christina and her team through our contractor. We were doing a kitchen remodel along with an office buildout. We met with Christina and her team several times throughout the process. Being a family run business they pay attention to the detail and the customers needs. We ended up going with Quartzite in the Kitchen and Quartz in the office. Christina arranged all appointments to visit the stone slab distributors which was a big help b/c our time was limited. When asked she always provided her honest opinion. The installation team was very professional, arrived on time and had no issues after install. Thanks IMac Design Team!

We hired Imac when we did a renovation on our home. They supplied and installed the countertops for the kitchen and two bathrooms. They gave us solid advice along the way and Worked with us to stay within our budget. They were patient with us while we were trying to make our decisions and didn’t hesitate to walk us through the project for the 10th time.
