Josh and his crew did an exceptional job transforming our driveway, front yard landscape and entryway. Everything from design, demo through to completion was done with quality and care. They were well organized, knowledgeable, clean and very professional. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Hollander.

Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, dependable and creative are just a few words to describe our experience with Hollander Landscaping! Last summer, sadly our grass died and we were looking for a low maintenance solution. 10 plus years ago Hollander designed an oasis in our backyard and we wanted to keep with the beautiful design. We met with Kate (who is totally lovely!) who listened to our needs and concerns and came up with a solution. She was so easy and pleasant to work with and always made us feel comfortable. Now, we were totally happy with our new grass, irrigation system and patio. We can't wait to enjoy it this coming season!

Our project began with a desire to expand our backyard patio and make it more functional. Hollander came highly recommended and from the initial meeting, we knew we were dealing with someone knowledgeable and experienced. We found Josh listened carefully to our goals, made great suggestions (and many improvements!) and provided sound advice. The work crew was friendly and professional, took obvious pride in their work and finished right on time. We were almost sorry to see them go. Their customer service was excellent throughout- they truly went above and beyond. We are absolutely delighted with our “new”, beautiful, elegant and very functional backyard which will be perfect for enjoying with our family and friends. Full Driveway Project - World class customer experience, planning, execution and "no drama Obama" approach to handling issues that came up! A little over a year ago I chose to work with Hollander Landscaping on a comprehensive driveway redesign including all of the gardens, retaining walls, etc. Here was my experience - Josh and his team were professional, rapidly followed up, quickly returned texts and emails, etc - They helped me turn a vision into a concrete project plan - their designers showed me everything in advance, didn't complain or charge me when I wanted little changes etc - They started when they said they would start, and the project finished within literally a day or two of the initial estimate they had given me...excellent communication throughout - I found that Josh could handle everything - electrical, lighting, issues with the city/permitting, little changes, all the planting and bushes etc - As with all projects - there were a few "unanticipated problems" during the course of the project. Matt (foreman) was "no drama Obama" - gave me the facts, gave me the solution, always positive mindset, always driving forward....he was awesome - You can see the finished product in the photos - I've had many neighbours positively comment and ask me "who did this?" - Really stands out well on the street One more thing I'd like to mention. I had problems with 2 bulbs and a little tiny issue with the sprinkler system and Josh sends the gents by and fixes it - no drama and hasn't ever "nickel and dimed" me....he wanted to make sure I was happy and that the project was perfctly executed... Anyway - bottom line.....this was a great experience....I truly appreciated Hollander's professionalism, their attention to detail and their drive and energy to get to a final product that I was incredibly thrilled to own... Bottom line - I would work with Hollander in a heart beat again on any larger or smaller project... Thanks Josh and Matt and thanks team!

Josh and his team were fantastic, very professional and very clean. The work was done on time and on budget - when Josh promised it would be done. The work crew were very respectful and were not afraid to ask questions and do that little extra when they saw it may have been needed. What was most important, they were not afraid to ask questions and engage us with the work being done. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and this was phase one. The Hollander team was such a pleasure to work with. From the design concept stage, to the hard work, to the inevitable challenges along the way, they were the ultimate professionals. When we had difficult neighbours, they managed the tough conversations successfully. When we needed to troubleshoot, they came on the weekends to make it right. Their dedication, creative design, and hard work ethic was admirable. The team put in full days and left an impeccably clean job site. You really don’t see a lot of companies that care about the client, their work and all the details the way they do. I can’t wait to have them back to do the front yard landscaping. Working with Hollander Landscaping was a dream! We have a large backyard that needed to be cleared, have several stumps removed, be graded, and re-sodded completely and after getting several estimates, we settled on Hollander. From start to finish the process was easy! We had an estimate done right before the pandemic lockdown. Due to the lockdown, we had to wait to be able to get the work done, but once we had a date, everything moved very quickly. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable, and beyond courteous. As they completed parts of the project, they would check in with us to ensure we liked how the project was progressing and to allow us to make minor changes (such as the degree of a side slope). They worked quickly, transforming our yard completely in three days. Hollander Landscaping wasn’t the least expensive option but the value and end result are worth every penny. Quick, professional, skilled, and well-priced; I will be hiring them for any of my future landscaping needs.

Our project was a small one that included tree plantings in the backyard and updating our front walkway. Josh, Matt and his entire crew were extremely professional and Meticulous to all the small details, from the planning stage right through to execution. The team showed up on time and cleaned up the site every day. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about trees and he (patiently) offered several options for us to consider. Hollander Landscaping take great pride in their workmanship and I will hire them again.

The Hollander team planned and executed a significant landscape project for our home in Port Credit. This included a new stone pathway and patio, removal and replacement of a wood deck around an in-ground pool and major repair and upgrading of a carport with a new cedar ceiling, posts and overhead lighting. Hollander also designed and installed new cedar fencing with gates, revamped and/or installed new flower beds, sodded a portion of lawn and pruned and reshaped a large decorative yew tree. We found the various teams to be professional, diligent, hard-working and friendly. Hollander offered creative ideas and solutions, but at the same time they were willing to listen to our wishes and needs. The Hollander team members made sure that we as clients were fully satisfied and we in turn were very happy with the quality of the work they performed. We would definitely look to Hollander for any future landscaping projects and would be pleased to recommend them to others down the road.

Dear Josh and the Team at Hollander Landscaping, I can’t thank you enough for my beautiful new yard!! A back yard redo seems like a small thing to change but when you factor in deck removal, design, hardscaping and landscaping it becomes a daunting investment. Luckily I witnessed your work at a friend’s house. And listened when she sang your praises about process and quality. Since then I’ve never looked back! You and your team are and were professional and courteous and listened to and addressed my every concern. The work is exceptional. And I feel so happy during these big rains in winter to see the water run off and away from the house, while not being able to detect any slope on the patio at all.
