Hugh removed an existing backsplash and 1 under-cabinet wall and a formica countertop with sink/faucet. He installed 1 new under-cabinet wall, then put up marble tiles as a new backsplash. Hugh was exact in his proposal about the nature of the work to be done and the cost. He worked daily, showing up the time he said he would show up. Hugh is neat and cleaned up daily. Hugh communicates well; discussing any issues that came up during the process. Hugh did a beautiful job installing the marble backsplash tiles; every line is straight. I would use Hugh again. I've recommended Hugh to neighbors without hesitation.

The porch floor looks fantastic, even better than I hoped. Hugh advised us all through the project, helping us select a pattern and materials (we ordered from Build Direct), including advising on shipping. The project was completed on schedule and on budget. Things were tidy when he left.

Hugh's work was terrific. He got the job done remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen on time and on budget, and he overcame obstacles that would have deterred other contractors. By the time work began, we were so confident in Hugh that we left town while the project was being completed. Every other contractor we worked with over time has been unable or unwilling to complete the final check list for minor corrections. Not Hugh. For starters, the job was basically perfect; the few final items for completion and minor changes were accomplished promptly. Hugh even returned cheerfully to fix a minor problem discovered well after the work had been completed. I can't recommend Hugh highly enough. We'll definitely use him again.

My wife and I have used Hugh on several occasions. He's incredibly friendly, considerate, and tidy. He's very knowledgable and is always happy to discuss any questions we may have. He's met every deadline we've had and stayed within budget.

Hugh was punctual, organized, skillful and kept the workplace clean. He transformed our utility bathroom off the laundry room into a beautiful guest powder room. We hired Hugh Keany to complete our new kitchen with a backsplash. Without a doubt, an already beautiful kitchen became spectacular because of Hugh's attention to craftmanship and his advice on designs and layout. We used a very subtle light green subway tile, with a coordinating design above the stove. It is holding up beautifully --no cracks in the caulk and no bulges. Excellent work from Hugh as usual. We have used Hugh for bathroom remodeling in the past as have several of our neighbors, and we are all satisfied with the work. He cleans up every day so you do not have to cope with the mess. He completed the work within his scheduled time frame. He also works with a very competent plumber. We would heartily recommend Hugh.

Hugh did a first-rate job on the tile backsplash for our kitchen. The subway pattern was visually centered over the sink, cuts were minimal, and grout lines were perfect
