This is to express my sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding work of Eastern Cedar with regard to my new interlocked driveway, walkways and front steps. This was a big and expensive project, and your team worked diligently to create a successful relationship with myself, my wife and my kids. It was a pleasure to have you guys working on my home and I will be using your services for my next landscaping project. The whole Eastern Cedar team was so devoted to my project, a pleasure to talk with, and tremendously skilled in their professional efforts. The team members went out of their way to resolve any problems or obstacles in the way while accomplishing the project goals within the predetermined schedule and budget parameters. We are convinced that choosing your company to enter into a landscaping project was the best decision. One of the most reassuring elements of my experience was being able to make necessary adjustments to the design throughout the job, all while maintaining the work schedule and staying on budget. Our front and backyards looked like they were straight out of the 1980’s, rotten deck boards, a discoloured porch, collapsed steps, dead trees, overgrown hedges, flowerless gardens and yellowish grass. After much frustration trying to find a landscaper that would meet our needs, we finally found Eastern Cedar, and were quite impressed with the owner JR Cleroux. JR is always on time, very professional, showed us a great portfolio of past projects and has a respectful attitude that immediately put us at ease. He spoke to us in terms we understood and made us feel comfortable discussing design ideas with him. JR offered options for our landscape redesign that met our needs while helping to raise our curb appeal and increase our property value. His estimate was the lowest we had received, and most importantly his timeline for completion was much shorter than the other landscapers. We decided to sign a contract with him that day, and to my amazement he brought his crew in the very next day to start working on our home. Once the project was all done I really could not have been more pleased because the front and backyards were both done on time and on budget. Since that first landscape redesign with JR, he has created a custom designed stone patio in our backyard, installed a base for our new shed and laid new grass down on my neighbour's front lawn. With every landscape project done by Eastern Cedar a new appreciation for JR’s work grows. His knowledge is extensive and no task seems beyond his skill set.
