I highly recommend Miland. We had a complete kitchen remodel with an extension. I also work from home which presents special challenges. Jeff and company kept the noise and dust to a minimal. They worked around my busy schedule when I needed even extra noise reduction. Jeff’s attention to detail and the quality of work is second to none. I always felt any question or concern I had was immediately addressed. In variation was through ally discussed and agreed on. I have never worked with such a professional construction staff. They overdelivered delivered and gave us the kitchen of our dreams!

Fabulous! I cannot say enough good about this company. We had an old, white, boring bathroom. It is now a gorgeous spa. Because we work from home, we needed a quick turn around because of noise. Jeff said 30 days and they did it in that time frame. The contractor (Jeff Haresnape) was at the house everyday to check on progress and be sure we were happy with how things were going. The workers were polite and professional and did a wonderful job. We could not be happier with the master bath. Then they did a small remodel in our second bath. Took less than a week and we now have a grown up bathroom instead of one for kids. If we ever decide we need another remodel elsewhere in the house, Miland will be our first call.

Jeff was wonderful to work with as he went above and beyond when the moment called. Our project grew throughout and Jeff was able to manage his team through various headwinds. In the end, our our new kitchen which turned into a 1st floor remodel, turned out just beautifully.

Miland Home basically redid our entire first floor. After visiting with a number of contractors Doug was the only one that came up with a plan. He really listened to what I wanted. Sam, his designer was a huge help in putting our vision all together. Everything is beautiful. Remodeling is tough and they did their best to help keep things moving and get done.

Miland Home Construction remodeled my kitchen and converted a tub enclosure to a shower. They did an excellent job. They provided a detailed project plan, had an attentive and professional project manager on the project, and negotiated fairly with me on issues that did arise. We wanted a kitchen remodel but to keep our budget in check we wanted to keep our cabinets and flooring. Jeff at Miland brought in a great cabinet guy that just replaced the doors and drawer fronts and repainted and we added new back splash and quartz counter tops. We could not be happier with the process with Miland and most of all the finished product with new paint, lighting and appliances. One of the things I liked best about Miland was that their proposal is all broken out by line item so you know exactly what you are paying for. I was able to shop and find deals on appliances, lighting, hardware etc... and Jeff would just back the budgeted amount out of their proposal. It kept me involved in the process and save us money in the process. We just cooked Christmas dinner for 25 people and our kitchen with double ovens worked like a dream!

I followed my gut and hired him, and was extremely pleased. He and his staff are genuinely focused on every aspect of the process, and proved to be quite dependable and professional. I did a major renovation to my home. Enlarged the master bath, updated the second bath, replaced the carpet, and removed the popcorn ceiling. The work was performed at the highest level of quality. Doug and his crew were very professional throughout the project. The work was completed on time and on budget.
