The Lexington Group mentored a beautiful remodel/restoration of my 103 year-old home in the Town of Clifton. Their design not only fulfilled my wish list of more closets and bathrooms, but did so in such a way as to give new emphasis to the home's original architecture in ways I hadn't considered. ..... With great diplomacy, they also handled an awkward subcontractor issue early in project, and got things back on track. I am 'beyond' satisfied with the result. Just as important, I was also very happy with their efforts to shepard all the required paperwork through Town, county, and state (yes, state) agencies.

Royce designed and built our house. His design work is outstanding. He has a talent for understanding the needs and wants of his clients and turning them into reality. The build quality is second to none, and the finished article is truly our dream house. I would definitely use Royce again, which is probably the highest recommendation

The Lexington Group did a whole house renovation for us in 2013 and we were extremely pleased with the work that they did. Our house was a mix of an old house built in 1902 with an addition that was added on later. We chose Lexington specifically because of their experience and knowledge in working with older homes, as well as the creative architectural design work they are known for. Our renovation involved taking the house down to the studs and redesigning the layout, incorporating energy efficient insulation and windows and then completing the house with an all new interior. Lexington was very hands on throughout the process and we were able to make changes as the project moved along. We were very confident with their construction knowledge and recommendations. We are delighted with our new, old home.

When I decided to build my 24,000 square foot dream home, I interviewed more than 10 design/build firms in the Mid Atlantic area. All the other firms wanted me to listen to them but The Lexington Group listened to me. After intently listening to my ideas, they not only provided me with a spectacular home design, they explained how they would build it. Their attention to detail and quality are evident throughout the home. When my home won the NVBIA award for finest custom home, I was truly proud of the work that we accomplished together as a team. Their collaborative approach during the design phase carried over into the construction phase and was spectacular. Because they were involved in the design, they were able to handle my many requests for changes or make suggestions that allowed my home to evolve into a finished product that was better than I imagined. They did a tremendous job designing and building our new custom home. It was a very difficult house to build with lots of intricate and complicated design features and finishes and it turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend the Lexington Group.
