I used Brian and his crew this past summer. They did electrical, remodeling, sheet rock and window repair as well as crown molding installation. The crew was punctual, knowledgeable and neat. The work they performed was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

I had Brian scheduled and then 2 days prior to the appointment my sump pump stopped working. I emailed him to see if he could add that to the appointment and he promptly agreed. Brian was able to fix the pump rather than replace it so it saved me time and money. Brian and his associate were polite and honest. I will definitely be using their services again.

Brian and his team fixed my wooden ramp going into my house and also stained it with a very good stain. They also did masonry work all around the outside of my house fixing cracks and holes from wear and tear, and they waterproofed it. They then put down topsoil all around the house and masonry, seeded and strawed it. They also installed a shower door in my upstairs bathroom. I was very happy with their work.

We had both of our bathrooms remodeled. New floors were installed. Both bathrooms were repainted. New molding was installed in both bathrooms. A new sliding shower door was installed in one bathroom. This is the second time I used Brian this past year. The first time Brian and his crew did an excellent job on installing a new deck for us. It came out beautiful. I had no hesitation about calling Brian again. As usual Brian and his crew were fantastic. They arrived on time and were knowledgeable, professional and neat in all the work they completed at my home. They did a wonderful job and I am thrilled with how everything turned out. I will use his services again and would highly recommend him to others. Everything was done in a timely manner. I plan to use this company again in the future. I have already recommended Brian to family and friends.

Complete remodel of our family room, including removing paneling and installing sheet rock, ceiling repair, new insulation, new trim, replacement of sliding door and ceiling fan. Ceiling and walls painted. Also removed an in wall a/c in a bedroom and repaired wall and siding. Everything went very well. The crew showed up on time and got to work. They discovered a couple issues once things were torn out; these were addressed at minimal additional cost. The family room looks great and the repaired wall in the bedroom looks like there was never anything there, inside and out. We're very happy with the work and won't hesitate to call Brian again.

Brian & his team removed the wall between the kitchen & dining room. It's an old house so there were issues with the heating vents which were solved by Brian. The project came out great & I have received many compliments about it.

I had Brian and his crew do work for me last fall and I have to say I was very impressed. Brian introduced his crew members and they were in and out with a job well done. I had electrical, sheetrock, ceiling light moved, floor and ceiling vent installed, along with several ceiling fans. There was no mess when I got home, would not have known they had even been there, except for the fact that the job was done! Would highly recommend.

Affordable Solutions by Brian built us a new 2nd level deck with outside stairs ,and replaced our lower deck as well. The work was done very fast and very well , as soon as the weather permitted. The crew was very neat , no mess was left,and we were 100% satisfied both with the work and the price. We are having them come back ,again when the weather permits, to stain the new decks , fix and stain a side wall of the camp , and trim some tree limbs. They're very diverse in the work they perform ,again the prices are more than fair , and we will use no other Contractor for our work. Bob & Linda Phillips.
