Todd West and his team at Advanced Homes are amazing! Building a new house can be very stressful, but Todd made the process easy. Communication is key, and Todd excels at it. He understood my vision and helped me find the right location and the perfect floorplan, all within my budget. He was very flexible, open to my ideas, and provided great recommendations for things that were beyond my experience. Even my mortgage banker commented on how quickly Todd responded to their requests for information! It's obvious Todd takes pride in his work and cares that his clients are happy with the results. Thanks to Todd and Advanced Homes, I now have my dream home!

Advanced Homes built our new custom home in 2016. Previously, we purchased a new Parade of Homes model home from them many years earlier. We were impressed with the craftsmanship, quality, value, and service when we bought the first home. When it was time to consider building a new home, there was NO search process to select a builder. It was 100% clear that we would use Advanced Homes again. Todd and his family were our next door neighbors for 10 years at our previous home. Simply put, they are great people. The company is run with the same professionalism, trust, quality, and fairness that anyone would seek in any builder, vendor, supplier, or company - especially with a project as substantial as a new home or remodeling work. In any new home, little things need adjusting, fixing, and modifying. These items in our new custom home, which were minor in nature and few in number, were taken care of in a timely fashion. Advanced Homes worked with us to customize an initial house plan with several tweaks and changes. They provide the flexibility to do things exactly the way we wanted. We were able to use several different paint colors, countertop colors and other materials, including several things that larger homebuilders simply won't do, or if they do the cost is far more. We were able to purchase some of the flooring, appliances, and a powder room vanity ourselves, and Advanced handled the installation as part of the construction process. We chose to put beams in the kitchen and dining area. Todd came up with a solution to build some custom cedar beams, at a very reasonable cost, that turned out beautiful. We love our new home and cannot recommend Advanced Homes more highly as a homebuilder.

Having Advanced Homes of West Michigan build our home has been a great experience! Everyone that they have selected to work on our home has been professional and great to work with. Advanced Homes was accommodating to customization requests both when selecting the plan, and during the construction process, which truly made our home ours. Not only was our house completed on time and on budget, we even got occupancy 3 days early! If you are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable builder to do an exceptional job, look no further!
