5280 Floors

5280 did stained concrete on our house and it turned out terrible and they would not fix the issue or discount our cost. The stain was extremely splotchy and they dis not level the floors. I recommend going anywhere else but 5280 floors.

Everyone at 5280 was great to work with. They helped me pick the right floor and Scott did a great job installing them. I'll definitely use them again.

I have been searching for months for someone to fix a poorly installed, metallic epoxy finish in my basement. 5280 floors sent Ryan, AJ, Noah and Nicholas over and they did an amazing job applying a polyaspartic top coat! Very clean, very professional and they were hyper-focused on doing the job well.

Galel, Scott and Mitchell were wonderful to work with! They always showed up on time and remained on schedule as promised. They did awesome work on the floors, kept me very informed on their progress and after the final walkthrough they were very diligent in making sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!

5 Stars to 5280 Floors. This sounds like an overstatement, but ours is the most beautiful wood floor my husband and I have ever seen. Flawless. Galel, Andres, Hunter, Javier and the whole team were professional, extremely hard working, polite, easy to talk to, and took great pride in their craftsmanship. From getting the initial quote from Eric (owner), through to the end, the entire team was top level and a great group of people too.

All the people at 5280 Floors were a pleasure to work with. I ordered hardwood flooring from them and Kate was very helpful in helping facilitate the order and was great at following up on details. Noah and Austin delivered the flooring to my condo and were awesome! Thanks to the whole team at 5280, keep up the good work!

5280 Floors did a great job on our basement floor refinish. There was a lot of old carpet to pull out, and under that, a layer of super old linoleum that had to be cut out before the concrete could be prepared for polishing. Daniel worked tirelessly to get the job done on time despite the obstacles. He paid attention to detail and the job was done right with a minimum of mess and disruption to the household.. We are very happy with the result.

Everyone we interacted with at 5280 Floors was professional, patient, and very responsive. We interacted mostly with Chad, his apprentice Andreas, and another Chad. It was a pleasure working with all of them and they did superb work. Chad is a master hardwood flooring installer, efficient yet detail-oriented. This was especially clear in the construction of the hardwood stairs. He had to refashion all the stair nosings because they were not compatible with the flooring planks delivered; the stairs also included tricky angles. All this working with an unusual type of wood (Australian Cypress). During the floor installation we painted the stair risers and baseboards ourselves and they accommodated us very helpfully. They just completed our basement with a different material and did a similarly high quality job. Highly recommended!

Unparalleled customer service! Outstanding communication. Friendly, courteous, timely, and do what they say. Head and tails above their competition. I should know... I fired the first hardwood floor provider because of terrible customer service. We just finished a complete gut/rehab, and 5280 Floors was our #1 Subcontractor on our project. Erik, Logan, Galel and Javier did a great job on our floors and I highly recommend 5280 floors to others. They also had an inside team of movers to move our furniture in and out and they, too, did a great job.
