Like the idea of some shelves narrow, one tin or bottle deep, other shelves adjusted for purpose - for wine bottles, for cleaning supplies, these are adjustable and that is practical

Like the simple kind of old-fashioned cabinet with mirror in this photo. We DO need a mirror over the sink and we DO need a small medicine cabinet to hold things we need downstairs like bandaids and antiseptic.

We could have the door to the newly located powder room in the middle of that room, with toilet on one end under window to outside and sink on the other end. That would make a cupboard like this work.
