townhome project--hollywood regency elements
This could be a very good idea done in a slightly different way. As these units are very small judicious use of mirrors may really help matters and at the staircases we could use Millwork and then have mirrors inside the Millwork so a more traditional, treatment that would make the units seem a lot larger. I like this idea a lot.
This looks like the kind of Millwork we would normally use with some regency look alongside it. This is concept I am trying to allude to where we mix in just enough architectural detail to accent the interiors to match the exteriors without overwhelming everything.
Interesting look with trim painted a different color than walls.
Cool doors
I like the settee and dining room setup.
Possible thin brick for between the units to help with soundproofing and add to aesthetic ?
Cool wall coverings
Warm version of regency.
The drywall shape at bed entrance adds subtle regency look.
Cool mirror
Like the wall screener as softer look.
Like the bed stands and the rug
Glass block could be good for lower level windows that might be above grade to add to overall regency aesthetic.
This is a really fresh updated look for regency.
Like this style of dresser with bamboo accents.
Looks like a mirror we have or something similar.
Cool den
Kind of serene version of regency. Like the trim on the walls at entry and the soothing lavender color.
Lacquered rooms another big regency element.
Cool cabinetry and shape of wall near bath.
Like the garage flooring
Like the chest and mirror
Warm version of regency
I like door trim
Mirrors another big part of regency look along with bursts
Like the neutral walls with the geometric rug
This is kind of the concept for the upper terraces so French doors surrounded by lites to fill the entire wall.
Cool den
Love this bath.
Cool wallpaper
Like the mirrors on the doors great way to get full length mirrors into a room with no wall space.
Like the rounded cabinet and sink.
Interesting geometric pattern could be used as part of trim accent.
Love this beachy regency type of look very cool.
Like this basket weave with pop of blue
