The Master is comparatively huge at 20'x15', so that should be brought down to scale, and the fireplace doesn't have to be "middle of wall." With a blank slate, the priority of the Primary Closet should be nearer the bathroom, not be located to have a chute to Laundry below. The bath and closet can be flipped, expanded, or manipulated based on views and plumbing.
