CASE STUDY - 3 S.G. Laundry-WC Design / Winchmore Hill These selected images are from a conversion of downstairs storage space in to a luxury WC and a Laundry room. The client has younger children and enjoys entertaining. The need of a second WC in the house was a necessity. The brief for the project was to to produce a design that acommodate a WC and a Laundry space with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and storage space. We intoduced sliding doors with coloured obscured perspex that provide privacy and daylight in to the space. We designed a unit that house the WM and TD on top of each other wih allocated slots and a sliding hidden shelf and some storage spaces. The Doors and the units are made from Real Oak veneered MDF panels. The project has been produced form concept to completion with satisfaction.

LAUNDRY PANTRY
The couple's creativity even extends down to the basement. Terry and Jo handcrafted this Murphy bed for their many visitors. Ikea CD racks inserted between wall studs create four storage cabinets in the hallway. Previously, there was simply a long, blank wall devoid of purpose.Allenaim Photography © 2012 Houzz
We will put a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. I like this layout because it just will fit into the empty nook in the space.

This laundry room is pretty spectacular! Who wouldn’t want to look at a beautiful chinoiserie print while doing laundry! And I love white appliances!
Mudroom storage
Actually, it is a laundry room and mudroom combined. With a large family, there is always an insurmountable need for storage. Each family member has a locker, as seen on the left side of the room. A wooden lip extends from the cabinet to provide a place to sit while removing clothing and shoes.
