Love the mirror and wall sconces, and Nice simple sink and vanity (except it needs a shelf for towels and a drawer)

Love the natural light coming in from the top window…should do this in the 3/4 bath as it doesn’t have any windows or opportunity for a skylight

Love the small but practical vanity for the small 3/4 bathroom. Also really like the idea of some open shelving, but not sure about it being over the toilet.

Like how the shower is tucked away mostly behind a wall so it is hidden and doesn’t feel like you are in a personal, private bathroom when using it as a guest. Could put either the toilet or sink next to the shower depending on where the door is.
