This is a good photo of both Urban Industrial and Parisian styles combined. The pendant lights, the candle sticks, combination of white and dark wood

The Hexagon tile is great...the natural beech woods are very 'beachy' in style.

This is cute- don’t necessarily like the tan though

Laundry room countertop AK: You can find wood counter tops at IKEA that are reasonable. They require up keep if around water but should be fine in an application like this.

Love the color scheme AK: Olive greens are very in right now.. Be sure to get tester pots and use the colour of the brand not a cheaper version when going for a specialty color.

Love the colors & patterns for the master bath...Looks great! Instead of tile look for a vinyl patterned wallpaper (cheaper than tile and has a great look...just keep it away from shower area. Make certain you have very good ventilation too.

This island in a bright Blue and the large scale hanging lights with leather kitchen stools make this kitchen.

Could paint your island a fun colour! Love this aqua blue..the sitting and dining area also like your layout...no white sofa though as kids and dogs will wreck it!

You might consider putting natural horizontal slatted wood on wall behind mirrors in master to give it some character. Do a frame around mirrors there and then new lighting over as the ones there not great.

Th glass slider door can be a vintage style door, just needs some glass to allow light
Q
Foto
Do a glass slider door to kids vestibule. Should be tempered glass, will block sound but not light. You can slide it open when you go to bed so they can come into you in morning but be closed when you are in the sitting/kitchen area at night
Q

See extension of island for seating...do it in wood and treat the back of island with a vertical wood too

Cole's bedroom...think neutral colours and rustic furniture with Blues and taupes in bedding. Get a big pinboard for them to put up their artwork etc and keep it contained. Bedrooms should be soothing, not over run by lots of stuff. Baskets and IKEA boxes for storing toys etc.

Kids bathroom...fun fish tiles in alternating colours as a backsplash behind mirrors

Window seats and grey washed or french oak style furniture
Q
Foto
Painted furniture in soft colours...find pieces at second hand shops as well as prints...get IKEA frames in beech wood for them or group framed/ vintage book images

Girl's rooms...Ro Sham Bo light fixture style, window seats and sweet quilts and pillows! A little less Disney, a little more timeless design with staying power.
Q

Floorplan...will do a furniture plan for the seating/dining area. Biggest issue is sound for kid's rooms due to front door and garage. Will look at ways to make this less of an issue. Perhaps a glass barn slider door to limit noise to kids area from living and entry.

Totally workable and will wear well.

I would swap out the mirrors for taller lighted ones. Add great cabinet hardware.Perhaps a wood/dipped ladder for towels and baskets to bring a natural element to the room.

Kitchen is great. Needs a few tweeks to make it amazing. Recommend Island seating (extend a small shelf out for stools (3 probably max). Swap out the lighting to something more special. Backsplash tile in a striking pattern.
