I'd like a built-in window seat in front of the BR window with drawers for quilt/comforter storage. It will lessen the amount of glass without upsetting the symmetry with the LR window and won't be visible from the street.

Maybe, beneath the window onto bedroom balcony, we could have a built-in window seat, with blanket and quilt storage inside it. Voila! Another bedding storage option.
