nice look for the garage. I like the color combo as well.. still think I'm leaning towards dark blue/slate color but this works too

that's the type of doors I envision that open out to new patio space. My only question is can we somehow have best of both worlds where it's all glass but also can open as screened in area? i imagine you can't have both but that'd be ideal

same comments as the prior regarding floor-to-ceiling windows. itg's perfect for that new space. In this case we've got cathedral ceilings which is nice, we'll have to see how that plays our with the upstairs when we see Marks renderings.

you're on point with these ideas. what I thought was to extend the kitchen space a few feet, and at the end of it have a balcony, and the new room we build maybe you step down into it and it's at ground level with that balcony from kitchen looking down into it, so the floor area walks right out onto patio.

Love the floor-to-ceiling windows. Especially if we can tint them or control the excess light/heat that would otherwise penetrate. And, any way that these can fully open as screens instead of windows the better.
