"I used both a hardware fabrication and supplier company http://www.crlaurence.eu/adv/eu/crl/index_eu.html that is the link to CR Laurence in san diego where i found the right hardware in a catalog and any glass place could also supply the glass. The installation is not easy. A contractor did it for my client. the door is very heavy and must have the right installation to be held safely in studs and be able to hold the weight of these doors. I would not call it a DIY project"
"Hi Lanikit, The hardware used in this project looks similar to our Stainless Steel Prop FT Barn Door Hardware. This hardware kit can be found here: http://www.realslidinghardware.com/stainless-prop-ft-barn-door-hardware/ . We would love to speak with you about your next project. You can contact us toll free at 800.694.5977 or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org."
"Beautiful bathroom! We also offer stainless steel sliding hardware. At Real Sliding Hardware we sell beautiful barn doors and sliding barn door hardware. Our quality is unsurpassed. We design and fabricate our products in-house and most orders ship out same day. Keep us in mind for your next project!"
"Hello Barbara: We typically use Dorma or Bartels for our exposed sliding door hardware. Haefele is great when you want to conceal it. There are cheaper manufacturers available but we are not convinced the quality is the same. Please let me know if you have more questions and feel free to call or email if there is anything else we can do. Stefan Eder Mosaic Architects & Interiors 415.409.6660 email@example.com"
"Hello kreinm2000: We used tempered Bendheim glass for this shower door. The side facing the bathroom (away from the shower) is etched while the inside is clear so that it can easily be cleaned. Please let me know if you have more questions and feel free to call or email if there is anything else we can do. "You should be able to install the pivot doors in a cased opening, but you may want to install a magnetic door catch or ball catch in the head of the door to keep the door in the closed position, especially if you don't have a door jamb. High quality pivot hardware is designed to achieve this function as well, and holds the door to the closed position. Good Luck with your project!"
"We recommend having your contractor install two french doors on pivot hinges instead of bi-folds. That way when the doors are open they are flanking the opening (one on each side) and you won't have the need for a bi-fold track installed in the top of the door jamb. Thank you for the question and good luck with your project! dSPACE Studio's portfolio of work can been seen at www.dspacestudio.com"
