Spillman Ranch
This great room had very tall ceilings, with large awkward niches on both ends of the room. It also had a corner fireplace with a tiny mantle. We gave the fireplace an entirely different look, by taking it all the way up to the ceiling and transformed the awkward niches by adding the wide wooden beams. This connected the fireplace to the entertainment center and made it flow. We built custom planters to add interest to the formally awkward space. This was duplicated on the other end of the room over the wine bar to create flow to the kitchen.
