Seattle Kitchen Remodel
To counter the impression that all we do are high-end homes, here is an example of a smaller remodel that we completed. The owner of a 1920's vintage cape cod in Seattle's Ravenna neighborhood approached us about updating her kitchen that still contained the original site-built cabinetry.
This entire space was gutted down to the studs, all the windows replaced, a chimney was torn down and all the walls were insulated and sheetrocked. Additionally, all the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems for the entire house were updated. Taking advantage of the south facing windows, we accentuated the natural daylight in the space with a light and cheerful color pallet that offsets the overcast winters of Seattle.
