This fixer-upper needed a lot of love. We updated the style of this home by updating the exterior façade, and brining in a lot of modern elements like the black framed windows, matt black finishes, and geometric accents. We brought in a landscaper to update the backyard and pool. The open skylight shines onto the kitch, the real heart of the home, where we chose sleek charcoal paneling on the island and cabinetry.
