Braen SupplyThis homeowner approached Braen Supply with a patio redesign in mind. He wanted to create a beautiful and functioning patio with features that would make it stand out. The materials that were used created both a polished and sophisticated area.
Cambridge Pavingstones were used for the patio to create a durable and long lasting area. These pavers enhanced the look of the patio with soft, neutral colors. To compliment the patio, a fire pit was added as well. The fire pit was brought to life with sleek limestone treads that worked well with the stone It truly brought everything together and created an area that the whole family could enjoy.
JRP Design & RemodelEvery day is a vacation in this Thousand Oaks Mediterranean-style outdoor living paradise. This transitional space is anchored by a serene pool framed by flagstone and elegant landscaping. The outdoor living space emphasizes the natural beauty of the surrounding area while offering all the advantages and comfort of indoor amenities, including stainless-steel appliances, custom beverage fridge, and a wood-burning fireplace. The dark stain and raised panel detail of the cabinets pair perfectly with the El Dorado stone pulled throughout this design; and the airy combination of chandeliers and natural lighting produce a charming, relaxed environment.

We added a BBQ Island with Grill, sink, and plenty of counter space. BBQ Island was cover with stone veneer stone with a concrete counter top. Opposite side we match the veneer stone and concrete cap on a newly Outdoor fireplace. far side we added some post with bright colors and drought tolerant material and a special touch for the little girl in the family, since we did not wanted to forget about anyone. Techo-BlocFor this project, the beige Travertina slabs, the beige Graphix retaining wall system, the faux-wood Borealis collection (BBQ island and the pool borders) were used in this backyard to create a full entertainment living space. It includes a fire pit, a seating area, plus a dipping pool that falls into a full-size pool. Other outdoor elements, like water fountains and additional fire pits, were installed around the pool for a wow effect. These landscape stones blend perfectly well with nature's elements.

Enhancing this outdoor living and dining space, stamped concrete with curve appeal adds variation from the traditional concrete slab.
The Outdoor Kitchen is nestled nicely underneath the patio cover leaving plenty of space for outdoor entertainment. The grill and granite countertops make preparing a meal easy to do while enjoying the gorgeous lake view!
The gable roof with high ceiling creates lovely appeal for this outdoor structure.
Jetton Construction, Inc.This property was transformed from an 1870s YMCA summer camp into an eclectic family home, built to last for generations. Space was made for a growing family by excavating the slope beneath and raising the ceilings above. Every new detail was made to look vintage, retaining the core essence of the site, while state of the art whole house systems ensure that it functions like 21st century home.
This home was featured on the cover of ELLE Décor Magazine in April 2016.

SCJ Studio Landscape ArchitectureAlready partially enclosed by an ipe fence and concrete wall, our client had a vision of an outdoor courtyard for entertaining on warm summer evenings since the space would be shaded by the house in the afternoon. He imagined the space with a water feature, lighting and paving surrounded by plants.
With our marching orders in place, we drew up a schematic plan quickly and met to review two options for the space. These options quickly coalesced and combined into a single vision for the space. A thick, 60” tall concrete wall would enclose the opening to the street – creating privacy and security, and making a bold statement. We knew the gate had to be interesting enough to stand up to the large concrete walls on either side, so we designed and had custom fabricated by Dennis Schleder (www.dennisschleder.com) a beautiful, visually dynamic metal gate. The gate has become the icing on the cake, all 300 pounds of it!
Other touches include drought tolerant planting, bluestone paving with pebble accents, crushed granite paving, LED accent lighting, and outdoor furniture. Both existing trees were retained and are thriving with their new soil. The garden was installed in December and our client is extremely happy with the results – so are we!
