So, the team took a portion of the garage and enclosed it to create a spacious new laundry, mudroom and walk in pantry area. Glass geometric accent tile provides a playful touch, while porcelain terrazzo patterned floor tile provides durability while honoring the mid century design.

El lavadero es la habitación funcional por excelencia de cualquier hogar. Lleno de aparatos y ropa, en él pasas más horas de las que seguramente querrías. Ideas para organizar lavaderos

Sobre todo si el espacio es reducido, será necesario tener en cuenta cada centímetro disponible. En este sentido, escoger electrodomésticos de reducido tamaño ayudarán a la organización y a que el espacio no parezca muy sobrecargado. Si tu lavadero es grande podrás aprovechar para realizar las tareas del hogar con aún mayor comodidad.
  • Verticalidad: cuando el espacio es justo, hay que tirar hacia arriba. Apuesta por poner la secadora encima de la lavadora, por ejemplo, y por poner armarios y estanterías que lleguen hasta el techo.
  • Puertas: los colgadores detrás de las puertas añaden funcionalidad y ayudan a descongestionar el cuarto de lavado.
  • Huecos: si entre los aparatos queda un espacio, añade un mueble a medida donde poner el detergente, el suavizante… ¡y todo lo que necesites!

¿Cómo decorar un lavadero?

Los colores que siempre darán buen resultado en esta estancia serán los neutros. Tratándose de una habitación destinada al lavado es natural que lo que haya en ella inspire limpieza. Además, a menudo, estas tareas no son nuestras favoritas, con lo cual un ambiente relajado es de agradecer. Si combinas el blanco de los aparatos y paredes con muebles de madera en tonos medios, así como con cestas de mimbre, lograrás dar vitalidad al lavadero sin que el ambiente llegue a resultar estridente.
