This photo by our installation manager, David Barfield, shows how well a contemporary kitchen can sit in a traditional space. The client has brought light into room through the roof lights and maintained the traditional feel by exposing the original brickwork and beams. The dark grey aluminium kitchen has natural aluminium edges to each door and drawer front to emphasise the pure lines of bulthaup. There is plenty of working space on the silestone worktop An induction hob is set into the island and a sink plus draining area into the wall run, with both a bulthaup mixer tap and Quooker boiling water tap.
