The concept and design objective for this Black Point remodel was to elevate an existing 1950’s single wall house to a modern, connected, clean home enveloped and imbued with indoor-outdoor tropical resort-style living. With a commitment to creativity and functionality, Barker Kappelle Construction helped the homeowners articulate their vision and then forged a path to transform the outdated property into a safe, easy-to-manage, quality home that maximizes usable living space; A modern oasis that evokes relaxation and captures the essence of modern luxury in Hawaii while maintaining a classic 1960’s tropical villa feel.
