Ali Swidler Designs
This 1000 SF Union Square one bedroom home is a part time escape for Ali's clients when they can no longer bear the Miami heat. In this gut renovation project, Ali replaced the parquet wood floors with tiles that mimic the natural look of stained oak. She opened up the kitchen and gave the ceiling mounted cabinetry double-sided glass for the natural light to shine through. Stainless steel tiles compliment the stainless fixtures, and the quartz surface in both the kitchen and bathroom creates a contemporary environment that is easy to maintain.
