What manufacture are the faucets from?

I am looking for an alternative to the Cannock faucet from Kohler to be used with the Brockway sink.

      I'd like to find the faucet with the porcelain handles in this photo but only find the handles for vertical wash sink faucets in chrome. Any ideas as to where exactly I can find the one in the photo?

      How hight did you mount your sink? I'm planning on 34 for the lip of the sink but worried that won't work with these higher faucets...
