The blue paint texture of dresser

On the face of the dresser drawers, how did you get the blue paint texture. It looks striated/wavey. What colors of blue did you use?

    Thank you, I designed it. The drawer faces are actually a milky striated glass and the wood behind was painted a medium grey blue so you could see the detail in the glass. The hardware had a stop on the back of the rings to keep them from knocking the glass. That being said the glass still wound up getting hairline cracks, but can only be seen if you really look for them, and we all were ok with that in order to have the look.

    Just love this look. Going to replicate this piece with weathered wood (vs paint and glass), but what a stunning piece using the glass!
