Is this roofing quote reasonable?

I've had a quote from a reputable roofer in the area as shown below. Just wondering you think this is reasonable for London?
The issue is that the dormer has never had proper lead flashing around it and rain is coming in where the bottom left corner of the dormer meets the roof, just above the window marked in red on the image.
Quote:
"Replace rear elevation roof tiles and replace in new including bottom few courses of dormer putting aside to reuse.
Installing new lead cover flashings around dormer perimeter and reinstating dormer tiles.
Price includes materials, labour, scaffolding & waste clearance.
£3200 + vat = £3840"
Any advice is appreciated, thanks!
