This 1984 modern built home was in need of a facelift. The old vinyl siding was brittle, outdated, and lacked character. The roof overpowered the front of the home and the celestial windows faded into the roofline.
It took a few years before we could make a decision on how to bring a little style and personality to our home.
We removed the vinyl siding and replaced it with stucco. Then enhanced the front with a coining application to draw the eye away from the roofline.
The Sherwin Williams paint is - body SW 6171 Chatroom, trim SW 6237 Dark Night, and entrance is SW 6390 Bosc Pear.
Do you like what we have accomplished? Many of our neighbors are astonished and a few are disappointed.
Before - Vinyl siding and no character
After - Vinyl removed, stucco and paint applied
During - Vinyl has been removed, the stucco and coining has been applied
