Knowledgeable opinions sought "old mould repaired leak"

Hello,
I'm reaching out to ask for knowledgeable assistance to evaluate this mould? situation. Thanks in advance.
This would be my 1st purchase. (I know that mould = run away!)

The scene is:
There is an ensuite and toilet in between the 2 rooms.
It is against the common wall to next door on ground floor sloping. I'm on the low side of the slope.
The story I was told:
An old water leak that was fixed.
Carpet wasn't replaced.
No issues since.
My concerns are:
Is the problem more complicated? Hinted by the new gyprock being laid across that entire wall common wall.
Assuming this has been remediated reasonably, will the mould come back?
What would a proper repair constitute?
What other complications within reason are there?
Thank you for advice!

Ok, we had a place we were in process of buying fill with black Mould from floor to ceiling due to place flooding whilst closed up in summer. Some serious running water. Old owner painted over it but we had seen it first luckily. We Brought in specialists. Tested through the roof. All effected rooms gutted by mould removal specialist to contain mould spores and timbers behind walls sanded. Top 2 inches of soil under house removed. Ceilings were ok it stopped at cornice. Renovated place, ran air purifier for two days then had air testing done and all clear. No issues in two years since. Luckily this was identified before settlement and through negotiation with owner and our insurer we ended up ahead and with new kitchen etc. the wet conditions had swelled all doors and seized stove.

Get in a qualified air tester. They will be able to tell if mould is still coming through.
Mould is insidious, if you smell it it’s there and could affect your health.
    Good luck

The concrete in that first photo still looks wet, is it? I would say go with your instincts. If it seems fishy, walk away!

Why would they put up a new drywall without removing the mouldy carpet and timber ? Dodgy as !

    Hi

Tiny amount of mould spores are in the air. Even if the home has been remediated correctly mould will grow in a home if it is damp enough eg above 50% humidity inside the home.
