This is so pretty! Can you tell me what size and grade Shiplap was used?

Hey there! Thanks for the response., space turned out great!

This actually is one of the more cost effective ways to achieve the shiplap look. We were matching what was existing in the other parts of the home. We purchased 1x8 finger jointed primed pine boards. These are often used for baseboard and can be used for wall panels. The existing boards had a pretty wide gap, about 1/4 -3/8” so we matched that. We liked the smooth boards because of the aesthetic we were achieving. If you want a touch of rustic, you can use a high grade spruce board. It will have some small, tight knots. My other recommendation is that if you butt the boards together or have a “penny gap” paint the wall black first. This gap was wide enough when we sprayed the wood the paint made it between the boards. Good luck with your project!
