3/4" Thickness Engineered Hardwood

I'm looking for 3/4" thickness engineered hardwood to have less level of transition into bathrooms. I am having a hard time finding flooring companies that carry this thickness. What is the best way to find out which companies carry 3/4" thickness product? Or should I find more commonly available 3/8" thickness wood and build a transition into bathroom?

    A solution to this problem is to go with a 5/8" engineered hardwood and install an underlayment underneath the wood flooring so that your wood floors and bathroom floors will all be at the same height.

    I'd steer from any transition. It's a carpet store shortcut in my opinion. Better done jobs always eliminate ugly transitions unless it's a floating floor. Also to consider is age of those in the household. I deal with a mostly over 50 crowd that think ahead....
