Stair Treads, Color

I'm in love with your design. Could you please tell me if the stair treads are painted or stained? And what the paint/stain color is? And if you don't mind...are the stairs oak, like the floors? The entire design is elegant and rich yet still warm and inviting. Do you do any consulting on the side? I would so love your professional input on the home we are building, but we need to make decisions in the next few days. Thanks so much.
