Which General Finishes High Performance sheen to use?

I would like advise/recommendations/reviews on which sheen (satin or flat) to use on my kitchen cabinets stained in General Finishes Antique Walnut. I can't make up my mind!

    Use a different product. Despite some DIYers ruining their work with polyurethane, that isn’t really a suitable choice for cabinetry. You need a catalyzed finish that is sprayed.

    I used Enduro-Var on my kitchen table. It was sanded to bare wood, stained with GF and then sealed with 3 coats. As kitchen tables do, it gets a lot of use and abuse, wiped down all the time and the finish is perfect. I've used a lot of finishing products in my life and this one by far out performs anything else I've used. I have the equipment to do a spray finish but did a wipe on application in the satin finish. I also used this product on the inside of my mahogany front door (unstained) and it's gorgeous. Highly recommend.

    I used High Performance in Flat for my cabinets. After testing both their satin and flat I found the satin to be too shiny for my liking. I tested two coats on the backs of finished doors. (I used GF Gel stain). More info. and photos in link. Hope it helps. FWIW, I disagree with Sophie in this case. The finish on my cabinets has held up wonderfully - still no wear marks or fading. I'll note this is also a house with young kids.
