Knockdown/ rebuild - builder recommendations please!

Hi - we are planning a knockdown / rebuild in Mitcham (eastern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC). Please hit me with your builder recommendations

    Sort the plans first.

    A good designer will work within budgets or at least fairly closely.

    The plans are so important as everyone works from them. From council to engineers to trades.

    Once you've got them fixed up and it all suits requirements and budget, go find a builder. Good designer's know good builders!

      Yes we have had some plans drawn up (photos attached below) however I'm not convinced they're perfect for us and whether we need to consider new plans that work with the fall if the land.

      Yes defiantly get the plans sorted first as mentioned above the structural engineer will need a copy the council and the builders quoting on the job.
