How do you prevent bathroom moisture from affecting the clothes?

Love the closet-bath combo and would like to do it in a smaller space. Is this space open to the bedroom or its own room? Is the shower in a separate room? Are there windows in the space?

    Bathroom moisture has never been a problem. I keep the doors shut most of the time. The shower is located behind the vanity/mirror with a bath fan which help. There is a window on the wall next to the shower opening and that entire wall is tiled to match the shower. This space is off the bedroom with a surface mounted satin etch glass door which closes off the space when in use.
