1920's Hextile...keep or replace?

Hextile in bathroom is in good condition....just not glossy white like the new subway tile will be. Do we replace with new, or keep the classic period nature of the original tile? This is the big debate... purists will likely say keep it. We are flipping this great house and it only has 1 bathroom, so it needs to really "speak".

That's a more involved question that it may seem on the surface. If you're moving any of the fixtures, there's a good chance you'll have to start cutting into the floor - which means that it will likely break up and you'll end up replacing it. Also, patching in original tile is almost impossible to do while keeping a clean appearance.
