    MUST have??? None of the above, thank you. But a comfortable place to sit is a must, and now that I'm grown up, a table to sit at to eat is nicer than balancing a plate on my knees.

      ALL ARE TERRIFIC. I have a pond- beautiful when it is clean but what a pain. We have to remove all water and rocks every spring.

      None of those really. We removed the fire pit from the previous owner. He did it badly, like everything else he touched. We're on the coast of Georgia , so a pool is nearly a must here. We're putting one in. Not a big crazy one, but nice for a swim and to cool off. A patio is great, something with shade. I love a porch swing but that's me. Anyone anywhere in the south is going to want a screened in porch. The bugs here will carry off your young.

      We have a ground clay oven, and a beautiful landscape garden, unfortunately no nice sitting area to enjoy it all presently.
