    Hi m m,

    the distance is 1100mm which is also the recommended distance between kitchen worktop areas and island units.

    Thank you George for you reply. Do you mean 1.10m from the top of the counter to the underside of the wall units? Are the wall cabinets not tricky to reach/use? That seems extremely high.

    Hi,

    the distance of 1100mm is between the units actually, in plan, not vertically.

    I do not have in hand the vertical distance from the top of the worktop to the underside of the wall units however I do remember that it fell within the standard height range. The height can be adjusted based on client requirements and this is something that is discussed with the client at design stage and before installation.
