Is there a difference in labor costs between gluing engineered hardwoods versus wood plank porcelain tile?

Many flooring stores price the square foot material price to include the labor for install, so it will depend on what you select- and you can have a $3/sqft tile or engineered wood up to $10 sqft or more (depends on design, sizes, etc) The difference in price may mostly be in your subfloor- ie: what current flooring needs to be removed, and what needs to be done to prep for the install of wood vs ceramic based on your current flooring that's usually in addition to the install cost!

In my area (midwest) tile installation is the most expensive type of floor labor wise per square foot. Here, it is $5 sq. ft. (labor only) to install tile - not counting ripping out, baseboard removal,or cost of tile. I don't know the glued down engineered for this area, but normal nailed down hardwood is $3 sq. ft. - labor only, not including removal of old floor, baseboards, fixing squeaks in subfloor, cost of flooring.

You will likely pay less for wood install as compared to tile install. But look at totals for each, including glue, adhesive, subfloor, grout, transitions, etc.
