    I'm making the same baseboard in my new home. 5 1/2" flat baseboard with square quarter-round on top 3/4"X1/2" and door-stop 1 1/4"x 1/2. on floor. I'll send a picture when they are finished.

      The baseboards are custom and were designed by Johnson & Associates Interior Design

      Like this base board also rather than quarter-round.

      @alexroi, thank you for the inspiration to make our own. We were having trouble
      finding backband at a reasonable cost, so we made our own with some specs from you and another picture/builder I found on Houzz, and I
      couldn't be happier. I actually like the look better because it gives
      the trim just a little extra width/height (we did it on the casings and the baseboards) without going up to the next size,
      which would be too big for our house.
