This Home was built New Construction with a Second Story Patio Door Leading out to nothing (No deck) as is way too common with new construction builders. The Homeowners wanted to add a Gorgeous Deck to Their Beautiful Home so we built them a 20 ft x 15 foot TimberTech Tropical Carribean Redwood Composite Deck with Azek/TimberTech Radiance Railings. Now They Have a Beautiful Deck and no longer have to worry about their little one wandering out a second story patio door that leads to the ground 10 feet below!
