One of the striking features is the stair tower, showcasing a floating steel stair frame, metal rails, and white oak treads. Other notable details include chilton stone accent walls, bluestone walkways, the steel fireplace surround, an efficient kitchen layout and its lovely finishes, two living/green rooftops (over the guest suite and the porch), and the super-inviting, cedar-wrapped porch.
